I am an artist at heart. During my childhood a lot of my time was spent drawing, painting, and writing. When I got my first camera for Christmas I was 12 years old, and I opened the gift and thought, What am I going to do with this? It only took a couple of years before I had to upgrade and realized that a camera was the medium that I had been missing. Photography is my favorite form of art.

I have two daughters who mean the world to me. They are a daily inspiration for me to bring out my camera I have so many pictures of them! I am also happily married to Steve, the most wonderful man on earth. Every time I see a beautiful sunset I feel nostalgic, but I don't feel the same way about sunrises. I love color, especially painting every room in my house a different bold color, and I love to wear lots of fun colors too. I am obsessed with the colors teal and turquoise right now. I love the beach, the first snowfall, and everything about Christmas. Wine is one of my loves, along with dark chocolate, cheese, any kind of berry, ice cream, and chocolate chip cookies. I adore Europe and travel is therapeutic for me. I write a lot, its one of those things that I cant not do, and I would be lost without my camera.
